Stepping away from the hustle and bustle of the city, we immersed ourselves in lush mountain greenery and gentle coastal sea breezes. Freed from our workplace roles, colleagues who work side‑by‑side drew closer amid these peaceful moments.

Lush plants lined the mountain stone steps, where we took our group photo. The banner bore the motto “Breeze brings us together, unity binds our hearts” — once an inspiring vision embedded in our corporate culture, it came alive as genuine, heart‑warming moments throughout this trip.

In the evenings, we gathered over authentic Minnan cuisine. Around the dinner table, old friends chatted about daily life and personal aspirations, free from discussions about performance targets.

Late‑night walks along city streets followed soft sea breezes. Team members shared reflections on life and hopes for the future in a laid‑back, sincere atmosphere.
