In a spirit of mutual respect and collaboration, Shanghai Xutai Bio Technology Co., Ltd. undertook a thoughtful three-day island team-building activity in August 2025, with a focus on fostering a sense of unity and strengthening the bonds within the team. The theme of this activity was 'Unite Hearts and Minds, Embark on a Journey to Mountains and Seas.' Through immersive experiences, the company culture was integrated into every aspect of the activity, achieving a double improvement in team belonging and collaboration.

On the first day of the activity, the team had the pleasure of staying at a guesthouse that was quite distinctively local, and they enjoyed a carefully arranged seafood banquet, which served as a convivial icebreaker. As an open dialogue, company management and employees came together for a series of casual discussions. Utilising a 'corporate culture storytelling session' format, the core values of 'integrity, innovation, and collaboration' were conveyed in a relaxed atmosphere. These meaningful communications have been effectively fostering a sense of connection and strengthening cultural identity among employees.

On the second day, all our employees had visited Ningbo Jieshuo Company. With the help of experts, staff members were able to gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire production process, from the initial stages of raw materials to the final products. Through on-site observation, it was possible for all participants to gain a more intuitive understanding of the craftsmanship, requirements and quality control of the products, which further reinforced quality awareness and service philosophy.

In the afternoon, the group proceeded to the Canyon for a rafting activity. People selected rafting projects of varying difficulty levels based on their preferences. It was heartening to see the teams forming and working together so well, and to see the spirit of team collaboration being put into practice. The cool water was a welcome respite from the heat waves, and served to strengthen the bonds of camaraderie and friendship among colleagues.

As night fell, our team made their way to the night market by the beach. In the pleasant atmosphere along with gentle sea breeze, employees had the opportunity to socialise over a selection of local snacks, sharing anecdotes and enjoying the moment together. At the same time, they also took time to admire the scenic night view of the sea, feeling the tranquility and beauty of nature. This activity had deepened emotional connections among employees, and it also demonstrated our company's proactive approach to corporate culture development and fostering a harmonious work environment. It was a day of relaxation and joy, and the activities came to a successful conclusion!

On the final day of the activity, the team enjoyed authentic seafood noodles as a fitting conclusion for the team-building trip. On the way back, it was expressed by all that, through this team-building activity, they had been able to relax both their minds and bodies, and that, as a result, they would approach future work with renewed enthusiasm.
